·         UBM plc pledges to continue to focus on and evolve pro-bono and skills-based volunteerism across the organization via: ongoing UBM employee efforts; office, divisional and company-wide initiatives and throughout the business events space. In addition, UBM will increase quantitative and qualitative measurement in order to comprehensively capture, understand and present efforts taking place across UBM, and in order to more fully assess nonprofit-corporate partnership efficacy, ROI and community impact.
